Is there space for hay, shavings and equipment storage.
Does the County require a permit for having horses at the property, and if so, what are the restrictions. Were the barns, arenas or other structures installed with permits. Are any grazing, working or stabling areas build over a septic system.”
Are there ingress, egress or parking issues for trucks and trailers.
