The Federal Reserve just made another move to keep the economy on track, cutting its key rate by 0.25% to a new range of 3.75% to 4.0% — the lowest level in three years.
It’s the second rate cut of 2025, aimed at easing borrowing costs and keeping unemployment in check.
The real estate industry makes up anywhere from 14 -18% of the US’s GDP. A coming boom could have an enormous impact on the U.S. economy.
